About me
Hi there! I'm someone who's always been drawn to the blend of creativity and human connection.
My journey started with a love for design, leading me to explore the world of graphic design.
Over time, my curiosity about how people experience and interact with services inspired me to dive deeper into Service System Design,
where I'm currently pursuing my master's.
In my professional journey, I've had the privilege of managing marketing projects,
from website redesigns to social media campaigns, collaborating with diverse teams to bring creative ideas to life.
I've coordinated project timelines, ensured seamless communication, and worked with external vendors
to deliver quality outcomes. Organizing meetings, tracking milestones, and preparing detailed reports have been integral parts of my work,
helping teams stay on track and aligned.
I've also supported marketing efforts by managing campaign calendars,
handling logistics for events, and tracking performance metrics to inform future strategies.
My experience has taught me the importance of adaptability, clear communication, and keeping the user at the center of every decision.
Now, as I immerse myself in the world of service design, I'm excited to bring my
